Design Services
Many of our customers are curious as to what design/build is and what the benefits are to doing a design/build project.
Design/Build is an integrated project delivery system where one entity handles design services, architects and construction to streamline a project, saving the client money and time. At Ark, we coordinate all these services for you, instead of you contracting out each service separately.
As mentioned before, the benefits of design/build as opposed to just receiving one of our free estimates is:
- You work directly with our on-site Designer to craft your space
- You will know all your materials and concepts before construction begins
- We’ll bring everything to you, you won’t have to leave your home to see materials, concepts, drawings, etc.
- You will have an accurate price estimate for your project
- Coordinated design and construction means a faster project delivery schedule with fewer change work orders
- And most importantly, your project will be done exactly as you envisioned it
