Our company was established in 2003 and the contractor has over 30 years of experience in remodeling and construction. We hold a Certified Builders License (CBC1256087), which means our company can do commercial and residential remodeling and construction. Our main goal is to provide the best customer service and quality work to each and every customer on every job no matter what.

Ricky Strickland Contractor/President :

Ricky has over 30 years experience in remodeling and construction. Ricky earned an AA in Engineering from Wayne Community College. Ricky is responsible for the design and execution of each construction project. He is a wonderful problem solver and utilizes his years of experience to solve any situation he is presented with. He is currently active with the Gainesville Business Alliance and Grace Methodist Church.

April Strickland CFO/Manager

April has 8 years experience in remodeling and construction. She earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida in English. She is also pursuing education in Graphic Web Design. April is responsible for customer relations, is a creative consultant for the customers, and is responsible for all marketing and advertising. She is a volunteer with the sign language program at Gainesville High School, and has been studying American Sign Language for 5 years.

Alan Kloes Project Estimator

Alan has 14 years experience in remodeling and construction. He attended East Tennessee State University and earned an AA in Biology from Roan State College. Alan is responsible for estimating all of the projects and managing their progress. He is a skilled craftsman with a vast experience in trim carpentry including staircases, mantle pieces, and built ins.
